Title
Maintenance Technician with Soldering & Pneumatic/Hydraulic experience

Must-Have Qualifications- Mechanical & Electrical Repair:
Strong hands‑on skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, soldering, and fixture maintenance. - Preventative Maintenance:
Experience maintaining warehouse and production equipment (printers, forklifts, scanners). - Troubleshooting:
Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical/electrical issues independently. - Facilities Equipment:
Routine maintenance for printers, scanners, scales, forklifts, racks, and fixtures. - Hardware Repair:
Mechanical background necessary for troubleshooting and repair of warehouse equipment. - Computer
Skills:
Ability to turn on a computer; software programming not required but a plus. - Manufacturing Support:
Electrical/mechanical support to assembly lines. - Production Build:
Install, repair, organize, maintain, adjust, modify fixtures and production equipment. - Mechanical
Skills:
Excellent pneumatics and calibration; rework without supervision. - Pneumatic and Hydraulic Hardware Maintenance:
Familiar with tool calibration practices. - Soldering
Skills:
Excellent soldering required; install and set up sensors, solenoids, and switching. - Electrical Concepts:
Basic understanding of electrical concepts and repair based on failure mode. - Computer
Skills:
Adequate computer skills; lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs assisted. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Good interpersonal skills; work well under pressure. - Availability:
Able to work extended hours, weekends as required.
Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electronic Engineering Technology.
Key Contributions- Ensure Operational Continuity through Preventative Maintenance – Minimize equipment downtime and maintain smooth warehouse and production operations.
- Troubleshoot and Repair Complex Mechanical and Electrical Systems – Improve equipment reliability and reduce repair turnaround time.
- Build and Optimize Production Infrastructure – Enhance production efficiency and safety through custom-built and well-maintained fixtures.
- Basic Computer
Skills:
Turning on and navigating a computer, using USB tools, accessing digital manuals. - Email & Communication:
Outlook, Teams, or similar. - Spreadsheet Software:
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for logging maintenance tasks or calibration data. - Digital Maintenance Logs: CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) if used by the company.
- Labeling Software:
Brady Workstation, DYMO software for printing equipment or cable labels. - Basic Diagnostic Tools:
Software that comes with sensors or test equipment (e.g., USB oscilloscope interfaces).
Warehouse.
SafetySafety-sensitive functions:
Yes.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs assisted.
