Electrical & Mechanical Assembly ELGB

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electrical & Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Elgin, IL. These individuals will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have previous assembly or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Starting at $19 to $22/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 2nd shift schedule available
• Located in Elgin, IL

• Assemble electrical or mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and specifications
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Identify and report defects or assembly issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Meet production and quality expectations
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
