Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Elgin, IL. This temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, production, or machine operation experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Unpack and handle small metallic components for processing.
• Use fixturing and defixturing techniques to build and break down production loads.
• Load components into wash trays and place materials on conveyor systems for cleaning and processing.
• Perform basic machine operation and support pre- and post-production activities.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming customer products.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products before packaging and shipment.
• Package, label, and prepare completed orders for shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks while meeting production standards.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or quality inspection experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 44 pounds.
• Strong visual ability to inspect parts and identify small defects.
