Schuman Cheese is seeking an Equipment Specialist in Elgin, IL to operate, monitor and maintain automated packaging lines—baggers, sealers, fillers, and labelers. You will ensure accurate weight, seal integrity, labeling and packaging quality while reducing downtime and waste.
This full-time, on-site role requires standing for long periods and working 40–45 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with a focus on safety, food safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
