Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a day shift surgical position with required BLS certification and rotating on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities

• Position is in the Surgical Unit of a hospital setting

• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 15:30, Monday through Friday

• On-call required with rotation for weekdays, weekends, and holidays

• 13-week contract assignment

• Duties include perioperative patient care and participation in surgical procedures

• Must provide coverage during holidays as scheduled

• Local and travel candidates are both eligible for this position
Requirements

• Active RN license eligible for primary source verification via Nursys

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in operating room nursing

• Completion of DCI/BVP training (can be satisfied through approved providers or CDC resource)
