Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN), Full-Time Nights:
Three 12-hour night shifts per week with every third weekend, holiday rotation, and on-call requirements. Candidates with Labor & Delivery experience are preferred. Join a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional care to mothers, newborns, and families. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery Advocate Sherman Hospital, Elgin IL Full Time Nights

Our Family Birthing Center has 10 Labor Beds/ 5 Antepartum/ 10 Triage/ 2OB ORs. 24 Mother Baby beds and 16 Intermediate Care Nursery Beds. 150-175 deliveries per month.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• NRP

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
