Provides leadership, guidance, professional development and assistance to Observation Unit staff. Collaborates with Medical Staff and other departments to ensure safe, quality, and compassionate care for positive patient outcomes. Requirement:

ACLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 90 Days of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, Basic Trauma Life Support Certification
- Sarah Bush Lincoln, BLS or CPR certification (within 90 days of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, PALS (within 1 year of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, RN-Registered Nurse
- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
** Compensation
* * Estimated Compensation Range$ - $Pay based on experience
