Quality Inspector
Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is looking for a hard‑working and reliable Quality Inspector to work the 2nd shift on the die‑casting line.
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour plus a 10% night shift premium, based on experience.
Hours: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
Responsibilities- Assist operators and fellow inspectors with questions pertaining to quality standards.
- Verification and recording of first off, final, and receiving inspections.
- Visual product analysis and audits.
- Advise production supervisors, quality engineers, and quality manager of any observed nonconformities.
- Document statistical process control (SPC) readings.
- Maintain lot control traceability documentation during manufacturing process.
- Operate and maintain all measurement equipment that pertains to quality inspections.
One-year certificate from college or technical school; minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred experience with mechanical and calibration inspection, understanding of SPC, GD&T, measuring and test equipment, and statistical analysis.
