Quality Inspector

Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is currently looking for a hard-working and reliable Quality Inspector on 2nd shift. Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour plus 10%-night shift premium, Based on experience

Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm

• Assist operators and fellow inspectors with questions pertaining to quality standards.
• Verification and recording of first off, final, and receiving inspections.
• Visual product analysis and audits.
• Advise Production Supervisors, Quality Engineers, and Quality Manager of any observed nonconformities.
• Document statistical process control (SPC) readings.
• Maintaining lot control traceability documentation during manufacturing process.
• Operates and maintains all measurement equipment that pertains to quality inspections.

One-year certificate from college or technical school; minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred experience and/or training with mechanical and calibration inspection, understanding of SPC, GD&T, measuring and test equipment and statistical analysis.
