Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday
Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary:
A facility in Elgin, IL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall production accuracy while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
• Check materials and finished goods for accuracy and defects
• Follow established QA procedures and guidelines
• Accurately complete all required quality documentation
• Identify and report nonconforming products
• Work closely with team members to support production quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Previous quality assurance or manufacturing experience is a plus
