Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T0834) role rting hourly rate is $16.75 USD; pay range is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• May involve lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Climb ladders as needed and work in varying temperatures and humidity.
• Flexible schedule with reliable attendance.
