Regional Sales Manager – Precision CNC Machine Tools
Territory: Southeast United States
Compensation: $140,000 base salary + commission
Travel: Up to 50%
We are partnering with a well-established, global manufacturer of high-precision CNC grinding and turning equipment to identify a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast U.S.
This role is ideal for a proven machine tool sales professional who understands complex, engineered capital equipment and thrives in a territory-based, relationship-driven sales environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Drive direct sales of precision CNC grinding and turning equipment across the Southeast
- Develop, manage, and motivate a third-party agent and distributor network
- Grow existing accounts while generating new business through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and execute regional sales strategies based on market conditions and customer needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, applications, and marketing teams
- Travel extensively within the territory to support customers, prospects, and agents
- 10+ years of experience in the machine tool industry
- Proven success selling precision grinding and/or turning equipment
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with and managing independent agents or distributors
- Ability to sell complex, technical capital equipment at multiple levels within customer organizations
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and CRM discipline
- Southeast territory experience strongly preferred
- $140,000 base salary
