Field Service Technicians travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial packaging machinery. They collaborate with customers for pre-consultation, site readiness preparation, startup monitoring, assist and train users on CV-TEK equipment. The technician performs routine maintenance to ensure high quality operation, completes service reports, records repairs, warranties, and maintenance performed. The position requires up to 80% travel, including possible international travel to Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Bilingual Spanish is highly desired.

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent, plus 4+ years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in the packaging equipment field desired but not required.
• Hands‑on experience with electro‑mechanical components, pneumatics, AC/DC motor control, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work and think independently.
