Overview

Join the Ace Handyman Services team as a Part‑Time Multi‑Skilled Craftsman. This role is initially part‑time, but strong performance may lead to increased hours and a full‑time transition.

• Perform quality home repair, renovation, and maintenance tasks across multiple trades: plumbing, carpentry, painting, tile, flooring, and electrical.
• Communicate with homeowners, suppliers, and property managers to assess work needs, provide estimates, and secure additional service opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and professional, presentable appearance at all times.
• Use knowledge of proper tools and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve problems promptly and professionally.

• Minimum of 10 years full‑time construction industry experience in one of the trades.
• Must reside in the Illinois Fox Valley area (Elgin south to Aurora).
• Strong independent thinker with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrate punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

• Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 – $28.00.
