As a Residential Lead Carpenter
, you will manage key phases of residential projects, from layout to finishing touches, working closely with the Project Supervisor. Your responsibilities include interpreting plans, executing framing, cabinetry, trim, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and punch‑list items while maintaining a safe, clean job site.

• Conduct project layout and execution per architectural plans, designs, and specifications.
• Interpret and execute project plans/specifications to ensure precise construction standards.
• Layout and install cabinets, millwork, steel/wood stud framing, windows, and doors.
• Lead framing, drywall, taping, and acoustical ceiling installations.
• Assist the Project Supervisor with scheduling and punch‑list management.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site with exemplary PPE practices.
• Complete punch‑list items and troubleshoot as needed.

• 5+ years’ experience in the construction trade with a strong understanding of general construction and terminology.
• Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
• Self‑motivated with a desire for continued learning and personal growth.
• Highly detailed with excellent organizational skills.
• Must be reliable and punctual, with regular attendance for 8‑10 hour day shifts, Monday‑Friday.
• Ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems.
• Positive attitude toward project challenges, effective time management, and logical decision‑making ability.
• Strong work ethic, able to handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Physical, mental, and emotional fitness.
• Knowledge of identifying and mitigating safety hazards.
• Team‑oriented with leadership skills.
• OSHA 10‑hour card preferred.
