Experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer

$20–$40 per hour + SPIFF INCENTIVES | Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking for better pay, a great team, and an opportunity to grow? We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician / Installer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform HVAC installations and equipment replacements
• Complete preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to customers
• Ensure work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and company expectations
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Help deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish

✅ What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience
• Valid EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to work
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
