** Car Sales Associates must be willing to:*
* • Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.
• Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
• Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
• Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.
** Job Requirements for Car Sales Associates:
*** Be able and willing to work 50+ hours per week, which will include every Saturday while having a day off during the week instead.
* Strong computer/internet and phone skills.
* Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Self starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
* Customer facing sales or customer service experience. Commission based experience preferred.
* Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background screening.
