Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN) in Elizabeth City, NC. This is a 13-week travel contract with 12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week).
Start date:
10/19/2025. This telemetry position requires candidates to work in a hospital that uses Epic EMR. The hospital offers a supportive work environment with both permanent and contingency staff and provides industry-leading benefits for travel nurses.
Note:
This hospital does not accept applicants who live within 50 miles of the hospital location.
- Care for patients with a wide range of conditions in a telemetry setting.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status using specialized telemetry equipment.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for daily charting and care coordination.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
- Compact RN License In-Hand
- Previous travel nursing experience
- EPIC EMR experience
- Vaccine declination accepted for religious or medical exemptions
Elizabeth City is located at the Pasquotank River, known as the "Harbor of Hospitality" with waterfront properties, arts and culture, museums, and annual festivals in a scenic coastal setting.
