** is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in
** Elizabeth City, North Carolina**. This full-time position offers a rewarding balance of inpatient and outpatient care, allowing you to collaborate closely with our physicians in the hospital setting while managing patients independently in the clinic.
** Position Highlights
*** Full-time schedule:
Monday Friday, 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (1 2 days in office)
* Inpatient care at Sentara Obici Hospital and Sentara Care Plex Hospital
* Outpatient clinic with independent patient management
* Average patient panel of 15 per day
* Weekend rotation: 1 in 5 weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 11:00 a.m.)
* Rotating call schedule: once every two weeks (nights, phone only not in person)
* Duties include general follow-ups and new patient visits
