This is a full-time, on-site role in Elizabeth City, NC for a Repair Coordinator. The Repair Coordinator will manage the repair process for turbine flow meters and associated products, ensuring timely and efficient service. Key responsibilities include coordinating repair activities, conducting quality control checks, interfacing with customers to address repair inquiries, managing project timelines, and collaborating with engineering teams to support mechanical repair needs.
The individual is expected to maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively
- Experience in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries and concerns professionally
- Understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles related to turbine flow meters
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee repair timelines and ensure timely deliverables
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the instrumentation, industrial manufacturing, or flow measurement industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related technical field preferred
