Sentara Medical Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina
. This full-time position offers a rewarding balance of inpatient and outpatient care, allowing you to collaborate closely with our physicians in the hospital setting while managing patients independently in the clinic.

• Full-time schedule:
  Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (1–2 days in office)
• Inpatient care at Sentara Obici Hospital and Sentara Care Plex Hospital
• Outpatient clinic with independent patient management
• Average patient panel of 15 per day
• Weekend rotation: 1 in 5 weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00–11:00 a.m.)
• Rotating call schedule: once every two weeks (nights, phone only – not in person)
• Duties include general follow-ups and new patient visits
