Sentara Home Care is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an LPN. Position:
Full Time - Day Shift,

Elizabeth City, NC, Salary: $46,571-$77,625.

Work Shift:

First (Days)

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN or LIP.
• Perform testing, medication administration, and implement nursing interventions and care plans.
• Advocate for patient and family, teach, and support holistic care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (physicians, NPs, PAs).
• Maintain accurate workload and deliver excellent customer service.

• Trade School Graduate (Required)

• LPN License (Required) - Active in North Carolina.
• BLS (Required within 90 days).

• Serve as patient advocate in prevention of illness or disease.
• Provide care, treatment, clinical support, and teaching for patients and families.
• Perform testing, medication administration, and nursing interventions.
• Support holistic approach to patient care.
