Overview
Sentara Albemarle Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Unit.
Location:
Elizabeth City, NC.
Work Shift:
Third (Nights) 7p-7a. Full‑time position.
The RN will provide competent nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and professional performance standards (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, quality, resource utilization, and environmental health). Clinical knowledge and skills are required to meet standards in specific clinical areas.
Education- Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing
- Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nursing license (required)
- BLS required within 90 days of hire
- Women’s health experience preferred
