Sales Consultant – Victra, Verizon Authorized Retailer

We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to every guest, creating the ultimate in‑store experience. You will be the face of Victra and have uncapped earning potential.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.

Average annual salary $40,000–$64,000, base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid time off accrues at least 40 hours per year after the first year.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak seasons.
• At least 18 years old.
• Experience communicating solutions to customers.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must complete a four‑day New Hire University training program within two weeks of start, and ongoing online training.
