Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector
, you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided.

• Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades
• Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic
• Monitoring traffic and site activity to maintain safety
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions
• Flexibility and punctuality
• Ability to pass a pre-hire screening and drug test
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful conduct toward others

Key Skills involve safety awareness, teamwork, adaptability, and communication.
