Overview

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking board-certified and board-eligible Child & Adolescent psychiatrists for inpatient positions within Trinitas Regional Medical Center.

As the largest behavioral health network and the largest integrated health system in NJ, RWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation to physicians including strong base salaries plus additional compensation for call and quality-based bonus incentives.

• Provide inpatient Child & Adolescent psychiatric care at Trinitas Regional Medical Center.
• Participate in a weekly Monday–Friday schedule with accommodating hours.
• Engage in paid on-call duties with evaluation visits ranging from 1 hour for new admissions to 30 minutes for follow-up.

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ.
• Open to new graduates as well as experienced physicians.

• Competitive compensation with base salary plus incentives for call and quality-based bonuses.
• Robust benefits package including health insurance, malpractice (with tail), 401(k) with company match, and relocation assistance (up to $10,000 for out-of-state physicians).
• Annual CME/Professional Memberships budget of $4,000; PTO of 28 days; licensing, books, and association fees budget.
• Up to $10,000 relocation for out-of-state physicians.
