Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Solar Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire our door-to-door (D2D) sales team. You’ll oversee daily field operations, recruit and train door knockers, and coach them to meet and exceed performance targets. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-energy, commission-driven environment and knows how to get the best out of a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of D2D representatives to generate leads and book qualified appointments.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide daily coaching and performance feedback to maximize conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal requirements.
• Foster a competitive, supportive, and motivating team culture.
• Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics (leads, appointments, conversions).
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to streamline processes and optimize lead flow.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in door-to-door (D2D) sales.
• Previous leadership, sales management, or team coaching experience.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role.
• Strong communication, motivation, and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
