Entry-Level Airport Electrical Engineer at Mead & Hunt
Join our aviation team as a full‑time, hybrid position based in Elizabeth, NJ. The role requires a minimum three‑day onsite presence and includes about 25% travel, including overnight stays and weekends.

Responsibilities- Prepare electrical engineering documents.
- Assist with the analysis, preparation or modification of reports, plans, schedules, studies, and designs for projects.
- Perform electrical design calculations.
- Help develop design and construction budgets.
- Design airport electrical systems such as lighting for runways, taxiways, and aprons.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited college, or the ability to obtain the degree within nine months of hire.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Civil3D software.
- Construction field experience (observation and documentation).
- Electrical engineering coursework.

$73,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and location.
