Patient Access Representative (Front Desk) – Pediatric Urgent Care

We are seeking a front desk professional to join our team at our Timnath Urgent Care location. This is a part time position offering competitive pay, a part-time benefits package, and a meaningful role in a collaborative healthcare environment.

You will be the welcoming face of our Urgent Care – creating a positive first impression for patients and families while ensuring efficient clinic operations. We are in search of a dedicated, dependable front desk professional with proven customer service skills and a stable job history.

Job Specifics
  • 23-24 hour per week position.
  • Thursday and Friday 3 p.m.

    -5 p.m.;
    Saturday and Sunday 9:45 a.m.

    -4:15 p.m.
  • Hours will include occasional holiday work.
  • Paid Vacation and Sick time
  • 401(k) retirement plan (after one year of employment & 1,000 hours worked)
  • Starting Wage Range: $16.50 – $17.25 base pay
  • Stipend offered for weeknight hours worked after 5 p.m., all weekend hours and holiday hours

A background check will be conducted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greeting and checking in patients
  • Answer phones, distribute messages and assist with inquiries
  • Collect and post co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles
  • Enter patient demographics and insurance information accurately
  • Collaborate with other team members to address issues, share recognition, and support smooth operations

  • Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to provide courtesy, respect, and accountability to our patients and your team
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and patient privacy
  • Ability to clearly communicate with others
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior medical office or healthcare front desk experience
  • Strong examples of delivering exceptional customer service
