** Description of Work
** The primary purpose of Grounds Worker I role is to maintain the grounds, flora, and all associated equipment to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing campus environment at Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center. The Grounds Worker I will be responsible for routine landscaping, gardening, equipment operation, and general upkeep of outdoor areas. In addition, this position will be responsible for removing snow, ice, leaves and removal of debris from the campus.

This role will assist with other areas in Maintenance as needed.

** Prior experience working in a grounds/landscaping environment.
* Demonstrated experience using chainsaws, tractors and implements such as discs, plows, loaders, backhoe and buckets.
* Demonstrated experience utilizing and maintain ground equipment such as lawn mowers, tractors & spreaders.
