** Description of Work
** The primary purpose of this position is to evaluate residents through comprehensive, individualized, and discipline-specific assessments. The Creative/Expressive Arts Therapist will develop and implement therapeutic programs, techniques, and interventions that utilize the four core expressive modalities—movement, drama, visual arts, and music—to enhance residents' overall quality of life.
This role involves facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial needs of residents. The therapist will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, presenting assessment findings and progress reports to support the development and execution of effective care plans.
