Job Summary: Wonder Way ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Compensation

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr this range is provided by Wonderway ABA Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills.
  • Provide one-on‑one ABA therapy in‑clinic and community‑based settings.
  • Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
  • Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
Qualifications
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
  • Experience working with children with ASD.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
