We're looking for a Finance & Medical Billing Specialist to join our team and help ensure every detail of our revenue cycle process is completed with precision and excellence.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our billing and finance operations – from verifying clinical documentation and submitting claims to reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports. You'll collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing discrepancies and keep financial records aligned with our mission of delivering quality behavioral health services.

- Partner with staff to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in healthcare admin, billing, or accounting preferred)
- At least 3 years of medical billing experience (behavioral health experience is a plus!)
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems; my Evolv and Availity experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Solid understanding of Medicaid HMO and private insurance billing, including claim file formats (837/835) and acknowledgment reports (999/277CA)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A calm, customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
You'll be joining a supportive team where your work truly matters. Every claim you process and every report you reconcile helps sustain services that strengthen families and communities. We offer a collaborative environment where accuracy, integrity, and teamwork are celebrated.
