Wellness Clinician-Licensed LAC, LSW, LCSW or LPC

Overview

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Wellness Clinician-Licensed (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our team in Elizabeth, NJ. This is a full-time position with schedule to be discussed and may require at least 2 evening shifts per week (12pm-8pm).

In collaboration with the CIS Director and the Senior Wellness Clinician, the Wellness Clinician-Licensed (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) ensures that clinical interventions are effective, trauma-informed, stage-based, and tied directly to the goals and discharge plans of the individuals served. Provide assessment and direct clinical services to people experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening mental health disorder, or a co-occurring disorder, enrolled in the CIS Program.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; LAC or LSW required; CADC preferred
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking required
• 3 years paid progressive work experience with people who have mental health issues, preferably in an Outpatient or Community Mental Health Setting
• May supervise MSW or MA students
• Valid driver’s license required and no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
