Behavior Technician - Part-Time Afternoon (Elizabeth, NJ)

Flywheel Centers is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism in Elizabeth, NJ
. This role is ideal for someone seeking afternoon hours and meaningful, hands‑on work helping children grow and thrive.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and follow a customized treatment plan to help children improve behaviors and build important life skills.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in the home setting

• Follow behavior intervention plans as developed by a supervising BCBA

• Record and track data accurately during each session

• Maintain professional communication with families and team members

• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as needed

• Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times

• Consistent afternoon hours with a flexible part‑time schedule

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years of age

• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to homes in the Elizabeth area

• ABA experience preferred

• Comfortable working independently with children in their home
