Director, Products Value and Evidence

Role:
Lead the U.S. market access scientific strategy and evidence generation for pipeline products in Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Objectives include integrating real-world evidence early in development, supporting differentiated value propositions, and addressing evolving payer and policy requirements, such as the Inflation Reduction Act, to ensure patient access and regulatory compliance.
