Job Description:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Marketing Cloud solutions for clients. Your primary role will be to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions, including configuring and customizing the platform to meet client requirements.
- Develop technical specifications for Marketing Cloud solutions, including data models, data flows, and data integrations with other systems.
- Manage Marketing Cloud projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with the client to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how Marketing Cloud can be used to achieve their goals.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Marketing Cloud, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to design and implement custom Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of Marketing Cloud, including best practices, optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
- Experience leading Marketing Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud functionalities, including email marketing, mobile messaging, social media management, and advertising.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud integrations with other systems, such as Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
