Job Title: Field Support Technician
Location: Elizabeth, OR;
Perth Amboy, OR;
Newark, NJ
Duration: Full-time
Bilingual (Spanish and English) and must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, with toll and parking expenses alsocovered.
Role Responsibilities- Actas the first point of contact for support issues across various retail stores.
- Dailytravel between stores in the mentioned areas is required.
- Handleservice tickets and work logs, including troubleshooting issues related todesktops, networks, software, and hardware.
- Train employees on various applications and wireless peripherals.
- Elevatecomplex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Performhardware and software installations.
- Assist with troubleshooting desktop applications, network equipment (routers,switches, access points), and configuring Zebra handhelds and printers.
- Physicalcapability to lift and handle hardware (like cables, printers, monitors) is required.
