• Work closely with regional and global procurement teams, developing exposure to international procurement practices and supplier networks.
• Contribute to procurement transformation through digital tools, process improvements, and best-practice implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Finance, HSSE, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payable in a highly collaborative environment.
• Gain opportunities to broaden your expertise through category ownership, project participation, and support of procurement reporting and analytics.

• Support end-to-end procurement activities for services, supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing for the terminal.
• Assist with sourcing and tendering activities, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, HSSE, and Supply Chain teams to understand demand, forecast spend, and align procurement initiatives with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain procurement analytics, including spend reporting, category analysis, vendor performance tracking, savings identification, and Total Cost of Ownership modelling.
• Support supplier relationship management, onboarding activities, contract compliance monitoring, and supplier performance evaluation across quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate transaction processing and resolve invoicing, payment, and reconciliation issues.
• Support governance, responsible procurement, risk management, digital procurement initiatives, procurement reporting, and special projects while providing backup support to procurement leadership when required.
