360 is expanding and hiring a Regional Vice President to build and scale new markets across multiple states. This executive leadership role begins with launching and scaling one location, followed by expansion into two additional states within 6–18 months
.
The Regional Vice President will lead sales, recruiting, and operations teams
, drive revenue growth, and establish scalable processes across transportation, logistics, warehousing, and industrial staffing markets.
Career Progression Opportunity: This role is intentionally designed for accomplished Sales Directors ready to step into Vice President–level leadership
, with a clearly defined glide path to Division President for high performers.
- Build and launch a new regional market from the ground up, then lead multi-state expansion
- Own regional revenue growth and market performance
- Lead, coach, and develop sales, recruiting, and operations teams across multiple locations
- Drive new business development and strategic client relationships
- Oversee branch operations, KPIs, and regional execution
- Implement scalable processes to support long-term growth
- 7+ years of leadership experience in staffing (preferably within Transportation and/or Commercial)
- Proven success leading multi-location teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong sales leadership background with hands‑on coaching ability
- Experience launching or expanding markets and scaling teams
- Financial and operational acumen
