This is a salaried leadership position with uncapped team-based performance bonuses.

Who You Are

You’re a hands-on sales leader who knows how to build, coach, and hold a team accountable without being a micromanager. You set clear expectations, track performance, and aren’t afraid of tough conversations—but you lead with respect and clarity, not ego.

You’ll own the day-to-day performance of the sales team. That means making sure the right people are working the right leads based on skill set, experience, and strengths—not a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll review calls, ride alongs, and numbers regularly, coach in real time, and turn missed opportunities into teachable moments the whole team can learn from.

You’ll create a culture of continuous improvement: clear goals, consistent coaching, and a high bar for professionalism and follow-through. When the team wins, you know why. When they miss, you fix the process—not just the person.

Demands/Working Conditions - All Trades and Warehouse Departments

To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
