The branch manager oversees daily retail operations, ensuring the location meets budget targets while adhering to strict compliance and anti-money-laundering regulations. • Compliance Management: Enforce Retail Policy Procedure Manual guidelines and ensure adherence to all money laundering and compliance regulations
• Financial Operations: Reconcile daily inventories of foreign and US currencies; maintain accurate, detailed records of transactions, expenses, and inventory levels
• Performance Leadership: Drive the branch to maximum performance in line with budget targets
• Staff Development: Organize and deliver comprehensive training for all new employees
• Inventory Control: Maintain adequate currency stocks and manage wholesale ordering to support seasonal volume demands
• Marketing Execution: Promote branch services through referral flyer distribution, web marketing, and check cashing outreach
• Facility Oversight: Maintain branch appearance and an excellent working relationship with the landlord
• Security & Cost Management: Ensure adherence to retail security policies and help control operational and staffing expenses

• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (coverage may be needed on other days if call-outs occur)
