Responsibilities- develop and execute comprehensive commercialization plans, align cross-functional teams, guide clinical trial input, evaluate market opportunities, and shape early market strategies.
- Provide strategic insights into pipeline asset development, support business development activities, and oversee transition planning for new products.
- Lead and coach a team of pipeline strategy marketers, ensuring clear development goals and high-impact execution.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences;
- 15+ years of pharma industry experience, including 10+ years in marketing or commercial strategy, with at least 5 years in team leadership.
- Experience in early commercialization, product launches, and pipeline management;
- deep knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, obesity, liver, or kidney disease markets preferred.
- strategic planning, clinical trial understanding, market access, financial modeling, stakeholder management, and global matrix collaboration.
