Job Title: Infection Preventionist (RN)

Shift: Day

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $ per year

• Identification and implementation of infection prevention goals and objectives of TRMC.
• Works in collaboration with medical and nursing teams and other stakeholders to develop a program that promotes sound and scientific infection prevention principles and practices.
• Develops policies governing control of infections and communicable diseases.
• Implements policies governing control of infections and communicable diseases.
• Conducts surveillance through identifying, reporting, investigating, and controlling infections and communicable diseases.
• Supervises sterile processing functions.

• Active New Jersey RN License preferred.
• BSN in Nursing and/or Biology, Medical Technology, or related field required.
• Current Certification preferred;
  Must sit for Preventionist exam within two (2) years & maintain certification thereafter.
• Previous Infection Control experience is preferred.
