• Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.
• Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
• Prior experience working in the New York area would be a big plus.

• At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $5-7 million-plus in annualized sales.
• Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
• Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.

• Above-average base salary of up to 90k
