The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, entering orders promptly and correctly, serving food and beverages to guests, coordinating with the kitchen for timely service, and providing high-quality customer service at all times. This role reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager, depending on local requirements. It is a non-exempt position.

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol
• At least 6 months of relevant serving experience; experience in high-volume or fast-casual restaurants preferred
• Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers
• Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for work
• Excellent communication skills; able to understand instructions and converse comfortably with customers
• Frequent hand immersion in water and chemical solutions
