Responsibilities- Function as a role model, ensuring customers remain the top priority and responding to all needs.
- Achieve excellent secret shopper scores.
- Maintain store visual distinctiveness and appearance.
- Understand sales plans, results, and business trends.
- Promote merchandise and demonstrate product knowledge.
- Share vision and align store strategy with corporate and district initiatives.
- Prioritize workflow through planning and time management.
- Support appropriate staffing levels based on business trends and payroll guidelines.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and operations.
- Maintain store maintenance, physical appearance, and cleanliness.
- Communicate in writing and verbally; report loss‑prevention incidents.
- Support supervision, motivate staff, and manage conflict.
- Participate in pricing strategy to achieve gross margin.
- Execute merchandise set‑up per visual guidelines and support replenishment.
- Communicate inventory opportunities to the Store Manager.
- Adhere to HR standards, hold team accountable, and foster team decision making.
- Maintain confidentiality and meet commitments.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- 1‑2 years of retail experience.
- Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, personable, and customer‑service oriented.
- Ability to move or lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
