• Cash Wrap: greet customers warmly, offer your name, interact genuinely, read cues to determine needs, capture email/name where permitted, maintain POS accuracy, keep the cash wrap organized and clean, suggest add‑ons and sell gift cards, keep cash and POS media accurately and in compliance with Coach policy, thank customers sincerely and provide reasons to return.
• Stockroom / Warehouse: receive shipments and transfers, notify Store Management of new product, scan cartons verifying store information, communicate discrepancies, process shipments/transfers per Coach standards, organize/clean stockroom, shift and organize product to make room for new items, manage stock levels, conduct cycle counts, participate in inventory counts.
• Sales Floor: regularly analyze floor for replenishment, replenish zones as needed, respond to sell‑through and execute visual merchandising, support sales activities, communicate price points, features, benefits, color, stock availability, respond confidently to customer requests, partner with sales team or Store Management, maintain housekeeping standards.

• 1‑3 years of retail experience (cashier or stock), preferably luxury retail service environment.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Technical skills: cash register systems, basic computer usage (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie‑talkie, reading price and product release sheets.
• Physical ability: fast pace, frequent lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, bending, kneeling.
• Schedule flexibility: nights, weekends, holidays, high traffic sales days.

Base pay range: $15.13 – $16.50 hourly. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
