Job Type: Full time | Commission Based + Performance Bonus.

We are a growing used car dealership committed to providing our customers with high quality vehicles, excellent financing options, and exceptional service. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team under the supervision of the sales manager.

Sales Representatives report directly to the Sales Manager.

• Meet and greet, assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and dealership services.
• Negotiate sales and close deals while maintaining a customer first approach.
• Follow up with leads, maintain CRM records, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and automotive market trends.

• Previous sales experience is not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm.
