We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener) to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting
, not management.
- Engage with homeowners in assigned areas (door-to-door outreach)
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Clearly communicate the value of our services to potential clients
- Track your daily activity and performance
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy in the field
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
- Base Pay
:
Guaranteed $600 per week Includes performance bonuses, and overrides on solar & roofing installs based on team results and production. - At Velaz,
